World Class Consultants (hereinafter, "the Firm", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is dedicated to protecting the personally identifiable information (PII) and highly sensitive financial records you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, handle, and secure your files across our accounting networks and web platforms.

To perform accurate tax preparation, bookkeeping, and audit representation, we collect highly specific categories of financial and personal documents, including:

  • **Identity Credentials**: Full names, dates of birth, Social Security Numbers (SSNs), and Employer Identification Numbers (EINs).
  • **Financial Statements**: Profit & loss ledgers, balance sheets, payroll records, bank statements, and W-2/1099 tax forms.
  • **Advisory Communications**: Transaction history logs, prior tax returns, IRS correspondence letters, and business receipts.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process and analyze your documentation solely to fulfill our contracted services, including: preparing federal and state tax returns, optimizing S-Corp distributions, preparing research credit studies, satisfying economic nexus reporting obligations, representing you before IRS agents, and responding to callback requests.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business financial data to third-party advertisers. In strict accordance with **IRS Section 7216**, we do not disclose or use tax return information for purposes other than tax preparation unless we obtain your explicit, written consent. We may share documentation with authorized software vendors (e.g. IRS-approved e-file systems) strictly to execute your filings, or to comply with legally binding subpoenas.

5. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. Personal financial files are stored in centralized, encrypted cloud databases using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) security. Access to SSNs and sensitive taxpayer data is strictly restricted to certified accountants under NDA obligations.

6. Data Retention

In compliance with federal tax regulations and state board guidelines, we retain tax preparation workpapers and final returns for a minimum of seven (7) years. After this period, files are permanently shredded or cryptographically deleted from our physical and digital backup vaults.

7. Client Rights

You have the right to request copies of the tax returns and workpapers prepared for you. You may also request corrections to inaccurate contact or biographical data. If you wish to revoke any consent previously granted under Section 7216, you may do so by submitting a written request to our support offices.
